If you would like to return an item which you purchased to receive store credit, please request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 5 days of receiving your order. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line. We will email you a confirmation of Return request and issue a return number. You may return an item within 5 days from the date of receipt for a merchandise CREDIT valid on www.laurensigmanjewelry.com or www.liveyourhappy.com (less shipping costs). Please note all one of a kind, custom or sale pieces will be final sale.

We will ship your order via USPS or Fed Ex. We make every effort to ship your order within 3 days of receiving it. However, many of our items are made to order and some pieces can take up to 4 weeks to ship. We will let you know when your order is placed when shipping will occur.
